Digital & Physical Size Information

You will receive 5 high-resolution JPG files, each formatted for a different aspect ratio. For physical prints, available sizes are limited to selected ratios, which you can choose when ordering your artwork.

2 : 3 Ratio

ISO

3 : 4 Ratio

4 : 5 Ratio

11 : 14 Ratio

Each aspect ratio (such as 11×14 inches) includes multiple size options — for example, 11×14, 22×28, and 33×42 inches. These are scaled versions of the same artwork, so the design remains identical — only the size changes to fit your space.

  • ✓ Pick the size that fits your frame
  • ✓ Keep top print quality
  • ✓ Print easily at home or a print shop

Your art stays perfectly sharp and proportional at any size.

One note on printed sizes and frames: the sizes, frame colours and canvas depths shown on this page are the most popular ones, here as an example. Some artworks come in extra sizes, and some come in fewer frame colours or depths. The size and frame list on each artwork’s own page is always the correct one for that piece.

Purchase & Download Guide

The video below walks through buying a digital download and opening your files.

Buying a poster or a canvas works in exactly the same way. The only difference is the format you choose on the artwork’s page: pick Digital Download for files you print yourself, or pick a poster or canvas size for a finished piece we print and ship to you.

Opening Your Artwork Files

Your files reach you in three ways, so they can never be lost: a download link appears on screen as soon as your payment goes through, the same link is emailed to you, and a permanent copy is saved in your Sema Atelier account under Orders.

All five ratio files come in one download. Watch the short video below to see how to open it and find each size. On a computer it opens with a double-click; on a phone you may need a free unzip app first.

FAQ

Will my digital download be available instantly?

Yes — the moment your payment is confirmed. A download link appears on screen straight away, the same link is emailed to you, and a copy is saved permanently in your Sema Atelier account under Orders.

Do you post me a printed copy with a digital download?

No. A digital download is files only — nothing is printed, framed or posted to you. If you would rather have a finished piece for your wall, choose the poster or canvas format instead.

Can I print my digital file more than once?

Yes. Print as many copies as you'd like for personal use, at any of the included sizes.

What if I lose my download link?

Sign in to your account and open Orders — your files are always saved there. Still stuck? Email
info@semaatelier.com and we'll send you a fresh link.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Not at the moment. The five included ratios cover almost every standard frame on the market. If a
particular size is important to you, email info@semaatelier.com and we'll do our best to help.

Do all artworks come in the same sizes and frame colours?

Not always. The sizes, frame colours and canvas depths shown on this page are the most popular ones, shown here as an example. Some artworks come in extra sizes, and some come in fewer frame colours or depths. Whatever is listed on the artwork’s own page is what is available for that piece.

How long does shipping take for posters and canvas?

Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days. Tracking is included in your shipping confirmation email.

What's your return policy on physical prints?

Each poster and canvas is made to order, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, email us
at info@semaatelier.com within 15 days with a photo of the issue and the packaging — we'll replace or
refund the item.

Can I return a digital download?

Because the files reach you straight away, digital sales are final and cannot be refunded. If a file will not open or will not print properly, email info@semaatelier.com and we will fix it or send you a fresh copy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We ship posters and canvas inside the United States only. A digital download has no shipping at all, so you can buy one from anywhere in the world.
