Digital products sold on Sema are delivered as digital downloads. No physical items are shipped, and files are available instantly after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, digital download purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been granted. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital items.
Exceptions for Digital Products
We are happy to assist if:
- You receive the incorrect file
- A file is missing or corrupted
- You experience a technical issue accessing your download
In these cases, we will provide a replacement file or resolve the issue promptly.
